Jerome Pemberton Jr. is the owner of Pemberton Home Consulting
Group, LLC., a consulting firm designed to aid families in the journey to
plan, prepare and purchase their homes. Jerome is a licensed realtor in
Texas, whose license is currently held with Around Town Properties. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market. Before getting involved in the industry as a realtor, Jerome served as a
mortgage loan officer for over 10 years, giving him insight into the field from a variety of perspectives. As
a result, Jerome has created the national programs Plan2BuyaHome, ZeroDown.
House, AsktheBudget, and Zero Down Luxury. These programs aim to not only allow families to be better prepared for the purchasing process itself but to further their home ownership success with an improved financial picture, for today and tomorrow.
To assist in these objectives, “Dr.J”, as many call him, founded the Relentless Money 101 program, a faith-based program that teaches financial literacy. Jerome is passionate about
the holistic health of his client’s situation, not just getting them into a house. This led Jerome to also
create the non-profit organization, Mastering Your Life, CDC.
The purpose of Mastering Your Life is to provide innovative approaches and resources to individuals in the area of financial management, strategic lifespan planning, and personal growth initiatives. To achieve this end, Mastering emphasizes community
outreach, education, and STEM-promoting activities for children, youth, and adults who have a desire for
economic mobility and wealth-building strategies.

Donnet Swaby is an expert mortgage loan advisor who specializes in
assisting her clients in accessing down payment assistance programs. She
has assisted numerous families in achieving their dream of homeownership.
Donnet is a vital member of our ZeroDown.House initiative and oversees the
process of Pemberton Home Consulting Group, LLC.
She thoroughly researches and recommends programs that are most suitable for her clients’ needs. Donnet is also responsible for creating and implementing our nationally recognized AskTheBudget service. Furthermore, she is an international real estate investor with a great passion for helping people with their finances and
debt management.
Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a compensation specialist for more
than 20 years in the consulting, oil, and finance industries. As a finance director, she aims to streamline
financial operations, develop effective financial strategies, foster financial stability, and oversee all
financial activities.

Mark is an exceptional Real Estate Specialist with an impressive track record

Anna is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Hispanic outreach and

The Director of the Hispanic Department plays a critical role in advancing our organization’s mission. Anna works closely
with other members of our team to ensure that our services and programs are culturally relevant and
accessible to the Hispanic community. Anna also engages with community leaders, organizations, and
stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships that support our mission and goals.

but also his ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to real estate

Jordan Pemberton, son of Jerome Pemberton, is an alumnus of the
University of Houston Honors College, where he received his Bachelors of
Science in Health with a minor in Biology. During his undergraduate tenure,
Jordan has served as an intern multiple years at MD Anderson Cancer
Center, where he has investigated molecular targets of interest in malignant
peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)
cell lines in aims of developing novel, efficacious treatment modalities in
these aggressive tumor types. Prior to MD Anderson, Jordan underwent
research at The University of Pennsylvania, where he assisted in a publication aimed at identifying
epigenetic and transcriptional differences in phenotypically diverse, genetically identical melanoma
metastatic cell populations.
For his research, Jordan has won multiple awards spanning both regional and national acknowledgement in scope. As of July 2023, Jordan has begun the next phase of his education
at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is pursuing both an MD and MBA. Clinically, Jordan aims to
provide high value, cutting edge medical care to patients from all religious, ethnic, and socioeconomic
backgrounds. Jordan’s ultimate goal in his career is to ensure the continuity, effectiveness, safety, and
high quality of medical care for his patients while also addressing their larger needs as a Liaison to the
Healthcare Sector and a key stakeholder in Pemberton Home Consulting Group, LLC. With him being in
the medical profession, he saw the need to utilize our strategies as an added benefit to the medical
industry.
